How support works
Know the support process before it begins
A step-by-step view of intake, scope, permission, troubleshooting, and handoff.

Describe the issue
Share the affected device, the symptom, when it began, and what you have already tried. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, payment data, private keys, or sensitive records.
Confirm suitability and scope
The request is reviewed for service fit, urgency, remote suitability, and known limitations. Pricing, schedule, access method, and responsibilities must be confirmed before work.
Work with visible permission
The technician explains material actions and asks for approval. Remote access, if used, begins only through the agreed method and can be ended by the customer.
Review the outcome
The customer receives a plain-language summary and next steps. If the issue requires hands-on repair, recovery, provider escalation, or a different specialist, that limitation should be stated directly.
